Caliber Metal is strictly a material supplier and assumes no responsibility for interpreting project specifications, engineering requirements, or structural design.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all ordered products comply with applicable local building codes, specifications, and project requirements.
All products are custom-made to order and are considered final once production has begun.
Quotes are estimates only and are not binding contracts. Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes expire after 30 days.
Products become the property of the buyer upon pickup or delivery from Caliber Metal’s facility.
All communication with Caliber Metal may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
All metal panels, trim, and accessories are fabricated based on customer-provided measurements and specifications.
Caliber Metal is not responsible for measurement errors, misordered components, or unsuitable product selection.
Any changes requested after production has begun may result in additional charges.
Customers must confirm all color selections and panel profiles prior to fabrication. Color variations due to screen or display differences are not grounds for return.
Caliber Metal may offer optional delivery services. Deliveries are curbside or to the closest safe and accessible offloading location.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the delivery site.
If site conditions prevent safe delivery, materials may be returned, and additional delivery charges will apply.
Caliber Metal is not liable for damage to driveways, landscaping, or structures beyond the curb line.
Standard orders are typically available for pickup or delivery within 24–48 hours, subject to material availability and order volume.
Lead times for standing seam panels or large-volume orders may vary and will be communicated at the time of quoting.
Delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or material shortages are not the responsibility of Caliber Metal.

Returned checks or failed payments are subject to a $50 fee plus applicable bank charges.
No refunds will be issued for unused or leftover materials once products have been custom cut or fabricated.
Orders may not be canceled once fabrication has begun.
Returns are not accepted for custom-made products, including panels, trim, and specialty items.
